IGE President Dr. Chris Seiple, Mr. Greg Khalil and Mr. Todd Deatherage of the Kairos project signed a MOU on 16 May to provide for a working relationships between the two organizations. “Kairos” is a Greek word signifying a coming together of disparate elements to create an opportune moment. The Kairos Project, Inc. is a non-profit corporation that seeks to lay the groundwork for a bipartisan pro-peace coalition through the education of mainstream faith-based leadership in the United States and their constituencies about the causes of and solutions to the conflict that ravages the Holy Land. With Jewish and Muslim voices, as well as key members of the public policy community, the Project hopes to engage and educate a majority of Christians in the United States—a segment of the public that could help contribute meaningfully towards the causes of peace and stability in the Middle East.
