Kaylee Fisher

Program Manager, Center for Women, Faith & Leadership

Kaylee Fisher is a professional growth strategist and program manager in the nonprofit sector. She started serving the Center for Women, Faith & Leadership as a Graduate Fellow following her graduation from Houghton University in 2019 with a degree in Intercultural Studies. While Kaylee has dedicated her time to CWFL, she has also worked for other international non-profits such as World Relief and her currently role as the Strategic Growth & Development Manager at the Orchestra of the Americas Group. 

​In previous years, Kaylee interned with the European Disability Forum in Brussels, Belgium, where she joined in advocating for inclusion and accessibility for person with disabilities.  Her research continued throughout the end of her bachelor studies by integrating her experience with EDF into her Senior Capstone Research on “Accessibility in European Cities.” Kaylee has demonstrated her passion for the oppressed in her missions volunteer work. She has traveled to Ukraine, multiple times with Every Child Is Worthy Ministries, where she personally assisted the Co-founders in the orphan care ministry through medical clinics, educational programs, and faith development. 

Kaylee's passion for service and leadership development has led her to many opportunities very early in her career. She loves to travel and has ventured to over 15 countries.
