Jenna Kadolph is an undergraduate sophomore at Pepperdine University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. Jenna enjoys engaging in the Pepperdine community as an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta, the Catholic Student Association, Advertising Club, and volunteering with The Board student activities committee.
Jenna discovered her love for listening, supporting, and advocating for people through her experiences of engaging in diverse service opportunities during her time growing up in Dubuque, Iowa. Jenna fondly attributes her experiences as a barista at Starbucks, and at Galena Rosters Coffee Shop as the beginning of her awareness of the enormous power of human connections. Jenna gained passion for the importance of everyday acts of kindness, and how positive mundane actions can grow to hold great meaning in people’s lives. Jenna continued her drive to build human ties and gain deeper understanding of other people’s perspectives by studying abroad in Vevey, Switzerland for the fall 2025 semester. During that time she traveled across Europe and Africa, visiting eight countries, and her interest in studying cross-cultural communication grew. Jenna hopes to use her skills of strategic communication, creative storytelling, and knowledge of sociality dynamics to help bring positive change through her work.
Jenna is currently in the Pepperdine DC Program where she is able to intern at IGE and continue her schoolwork, learning about foundational topics including International Diplomacy, Organizational Behavior, and Global Leadership. Jenna is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be in Washington D.C., and looks forward to making meaningful contributions to IGE’s mission.
