This March, IGE and Wycliffe Bible Translators will convene the inaugural Wycliffe School for Global Engagement in Orlando, Florida. The School equips emerging Christian leaders with a global and practical perspective on intercultural engagement while addressing the pressing issues of our day.

The school features a Public Lecture Series in the evening that is free for the Orlando community. These evening lectures focus on this key question: “Are Christians from America Ready for Global Engagement?” On Monday, March 17 former U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom and former World Vision president Robert Seiple will provide an American perspective. On Tuesday night, one of the world’s leading pastors, Rev. Oscar Muriu from the Nairobi Chapel in Kenya, will bring the African perspective. Finally, on Wednesday night Liu Peng, China’s foremost scholar on religion in America, will bring an Asian perspective. These evening lectures will be held at 7:00 pm at Wycliffe in Orlando.
